This year has been a roller coaster for me. I’ve been in situations that I’ve never thought that I would be in. However, I was, and it made think of some things differently.
Yet, I don’t think it’s over, my current seasonal life lessons I mean.
Overall, I don’t think I am done learning. I made the decision to dip my feet into the water, and fully swim into the deep.
I am unsure of when I’ll rise above the waters.
However, I’ve learned some lessons, and I want to share them with you. I hope these lessons can help you o your own journey of self-growth.
Let’s get started.
- Online Business Requires Research
- Relationships Are Great, If You Make It Work
- Friendship Come And Go
- Taking More Good Care Of Myself
- It’s Okay If You Don’t Know What You Want To Do In Life
1. Online Business Requires Research
When I started, I’m thankful I had all these things, all thanks to Wealthy Affiliate. They provided me a website, hosting, security, multiple themes to choose from, website domain, and more.
If you want to start your online business, you need to do your research! Knowing the best hosting website, themes, security, and policies, all come to growing your online business.
I highly recommend anyone to check them out. You can get all these things under the price of $49 per month.
I wrote a detailed, unbiased review about them here if you want to check it out.
2. Relationships Are Great, If You Make It Work
Relationships take hard work. It may be great at first (with the staring at each other’s eyes for minutes), but you both need to set ground rules for each other, especially if you both come from different background.
Learn from each other as your relationship proceeds. Know how to handle situations when you both come head-to-head. Talk about this from the start!
Most of all, set trust at the beginning of the relationship. If not, there will be consequences.
3. Friendship Come And Go
I’ve had great friends all throughout my life. Some moved away, while for others was just a simple fallout. We grew up with different mindsets that in the end, we couldn’t really talk to each other anymore.
When that happens, I cry at times, but I know that my season with them was not going to be for long.
So if I do meet a new friend, I make sure I spent a good time with them, embracing the moment, as time and life goes on.
4. Taking More Good Care Of Myself
I did not take care of myself as I should’ve. Therefore, I reaped the consequences of my actions.
From sleeping late to allowing unnecessary dramas in my life brought a lot of pain and hurt. Though I have fought and conquered some of these things, I will continue to work on them in 2019.
So for next year, I will focus more on self-care (within my blog also), mentally, physically, and spiritually.
5. It’s Okay If You Don’t Know What You Want To Do In Life
I always thought I was going to a Pediatrician, but I realized that it wasn’t even my dream to begin. It was someone else’s because I wanted my parents to be proud of me.
To be honest, I still don’t know what I want to do in life. Sometimes, I find that sort of disheartening because you see everyone already settled, but here you are, still chasing pavements.
There is another side that to that though. Sometimes I feel like it’s a good thing that I don’t know what I want to be yet because I am still discovering me and my abilities. And I find that sort of comforting. It’s like an adventure I am embarking on. It may be Though I have a job, it’s not my end goal.
I guess that’s why I started blogging. I want to see where it takes me. And like I said, I really do like it.
“Enjoy the process all the way. Success will eventually come.”
There you go!
Remember, life comes with lots of lemons, but it’s your decision on what you’re going to do with those lemons.
Tell me one life lesson you learned this year. Let’s chat!
Love you all, sincerely.
Why? You are all worthy of love. And I just do.
Until Next Time,
