We all have spent our time where we’ve created certain goals in mind, and while we’re in the process of doing it, we either get distracted, our life’s shifted, or we stopped believing in our goals along the way.

Before we start, I want to point out some reason some of us do not find success in creating and completing goals. Being part of this group as well, here’s a list that I’ve contrived to the reason why this happens often:

  • Didn’t believe in yourself
  • You’ve been told that you’re limiting
  • You fear of the unknown
  • You haven’t gotten out of your comfort zone
  • Your goals weren’t realistic
  • You weren’t serious
  • You lacked direction
  • Your past experiences are stopping you

If you’ve have experienced any of these beliefs, then I am sorry. I am sorry for myself as well because we forget that we’re capable of doing life-changing things. But because of our past experiences and perspectives, we’ve allowed ourselves to believe them and stop ourselves from growing and living our desired intentional life.

I don’t want this to happen to you. I don’t want this to happen to me. No matter what your goals are, you can achieve it. This list has 45 ways to help you stay on track, but you have the choice to say yes or no to these. Therefore, here is your list. Try at least 2-3 activities and see where it takes you.
